In order to feel happy and mentally positive, we need to look after our bodies, because our emotions, mental state and bodies are all related to one another. This means feeding ourselves good food, taking an adequate amount of exercise, and engaging in other activities that make us feel happy and connected to the world.
Locally there are lots of opportunities to join in with activities, some of which I have listed below. I hope you will find something of interest. If nothing there takes your fancy, or you find yourself struggling for transport to get to these activities, do get in touch and I would be happy to discuss what other options are out there.
