Albert Hector 1885-1972 was the Secretary of the first Woolavington Flower & Produce Show in 1926. His grand dauughters. Sheila Bowden and Pam Berry very kindly donated a grand cup in his memory which was awarded this year for the best overall entry in the 2024 Show. It was not easy to determine the best entry but eventually the judges decided it was the vase of mixed flowers entered by Phyliss Sewell.
